I had a mixed experience at the Colonial Resort in Noosaville. While I enjoyed the amazing location close to the river and great cafes, there were significant cleanliness issues in my apartment that really dampened my stay. The pool area was lovely, and the modern feel of the apartment was a positive highlight. Nonetheless, the cleanliness and some maintenance issues were disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at Colonial Resort in Noosa! The tropical gardens and newly refurbished pool were stunning, and the overall ambiance felt very relaxing. However, I encountered some issues with cleanliness in my apartment which dampened the experience a bit. Overall, it's a great place to unwind, especially with its close proximity to local eateries and attractions.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Colonial Resort! The apartments were clean, comfortable, and spacious with a lovely view of the pool. The location was perfect, right along the river and close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. The service from Kathie and Malcolm was exceptional—always friendly and accommodating. However, our only minor disappointment was that there were no dining options on-site, but with so many places nearby, it wasn't a big issue for us.
